These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Harbegold LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, doing business as Harbe Studio. By using the site you agree to them. They cover the website only — client engagements are governed by the written proposal and agreement for each project.
What this site is
An informational site describing our services. Prices shown are “starting at” figures; actual quotes come from a scoping conversation and are confirmed in writing. Nothing here is an offer that binds us until we both sign a project agreement.
Sample businesses are fictional
The businesses shown in these concept builds — Larkfield Plumbing, Halcyon Air & Heat, Kettleman Pool Care, Alder & Vale Real Estate, Merrick & Stone, Vireo Dental, Kestrel Chiropractic, Foxglove Family Medicine, Wrenhaven Salon, Copper Marigold, Solmere Aesthetics, and Quailbrook Contracting — are fictional, created by Harbe Studio to demonstrate our design work. Any resemblance to actual businesses is coincidental. Phone numbers shown are non-working sample numbers.
Our content
The design, text, code, and sample work on this site belong to us. You’re welcome to browse, link to, and share it; please don’t copy or reuse it commercially without permission.
Tune-Up work on your site
The Site Tune-Up is a fixed-scope service: the checklist published on our pricing page is the complete scope. It does not include redesign, new pages, copywriting beyond metadata and business facts, or any guarantee of search rankings. Work beyond the checklist is quoted separately before it starts.
We work by invitation, not passwords. Every platform we support lets you add Harbe Studio as a collaborator with our own login — you stay the owner, you see everything we do, and you can remove our access in one click the moment the job’s done. We will never ask for your password. If your setup genuinely has no invite option, we’ll ask you to create a temporary login just for this job — and you change it the day we finish.

No warranties
The site is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we can’t promise it will always be either, and we may change or remove content at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Where liability can’t be excluded, it is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about this website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
