Privacy Policy

This is the privacy policy for Harbe Studio’s website at harbestudio.com, operated by Harbegold LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (“we,” “us”). The short version: we collect what you send us, we use analytics plus a website-visitor identification service to understand which businesses are interested (details below), we don’t run ad targeting, and we never sell your information — and you can opt out any time.
What we collect
- What you send us. If you use the contact form, we receive the information you enter: your name, business name, email address, phone number (if you include it), and your message. The same goes for anything you email or tell us by phone.
- Usage statistics. We use two analytics services to understand page visits and where they come from: Vercel Analytics (cookie-free) and Google Analytics 4. Google Analytics sets its own first-party cookies to recognize returning visitors — we have turned off Google’s advertising features, so it is measurement only, never ad targeting. You can block or clear these cookies in your browser at any time.
- Website-visitor identification. We use Instantly’s Website Visitors tool (powered by Leadsy) to identify some of the businessesthat visit this site, so we can follow up with ones who might be a fit. It is a third-party service that estimates a visitor’s company by matching the visit against its own data, and it may set a tracking identifier and use information from outside this site. We use it only for our own outreach — never advertising, and we never sell your data. To opt out, email us (below) and we won’t identify or contact you, or send a Global Privacy Control / Do-Not-Track signal from your browser.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically records standard technical logs — such as IP address and browser type — for security and reliability. These are kept briefly and are not used to profile you.
What we don’t do
- No ad-targeting cookies and no advertising trackers — we don’t run ads or retarget you around the web.
- We never sell or rent your information.
- No hidden form fields collecting extra data.
How we use your information
To respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, deliver the services you ask us for, and keep basic business records. That’s it.
Service providers
Four vendors process data on our behalf: Vercel (website hosting and anonymous analytics), Google (Google Analytics 4 — first-party analytics cookies, advertising features disabled), Instantly (Website Visitors / Leadsy — the business-visitor identification described above), and Resend (delivers contact-form submissions to our email). Each acts under its own privacy and security commitments; none is permitted to use your information for anything else.
Retention
We keep correspondence as long as it’s useful for serving you or as required for legal and accounting purposes, then delete it.
Your choices
Want to know what we have about you, or want it corrected or deleted? Email harry@harbestudio.com and we’ll take care of it. To opt out of website-visitor identification, email us or send a Global Privacy Control / Do-Not-Track signal from your browser, and we’ll exclude you. Residents of certain states (like California) may have additional rights under local law — the same email is the way to exercise them. We don’t sell personal information.
Children
This site is for business owners and isn’t directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the effective date above. No retroactive surprises.
