Privacy Policy

This is the privacy policy for Harbe Studio’s website at harbestudio.com, operated by Harbegold LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (“we,” “us”). The short version: we collect only what you send us, we don’t use cookies or third-party trackers, and we never sell your information.
What we collect
- What you send us. If you use the contact form, we receive the information you enter: your name, business name, email address, phone number (if you include it), and your message. The same goes for anything you email or tell us by phone.
- Anonymous usage statistics. We use Vercel Analytics, a privacy-friendly service that counts page visits in aggregate. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically records standard technical logs — such as IP address and browser type — for security and reliability. These are kept briefly and are not used to profile you.
What we don’t do
- No cookies, no advertising trackers, no cookie banner needed.
- We never sell, rent, or share your information for marketing.
- No hidden form fields collecting extra data.
How we use your information
To respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, deliver the services you ask us for, and keep basic business records. That’s it.
Service providers
Two vendors process data on our behalf: Vercel (website hosting and anonymous analytics) and Resend (delivers contact-form submissions to our email). Both act under their own privacy and security commitments; neither is permitted to use your information for anything else.
Retention
We keep correspondence as long as it’s useful for serving you or as required for legal and accounting purposes, then delete it.
Your choices
Want to know what we have about you, or want it corrected or deleted? Email harry@harbestudio.com and we’ll take care of it. Residents of certain states (like California) may have additional rights under local law — the same email is the way to exercise them. We don’t sell personal information, so there’s nothing to opt out of.
Children
This site is for business owners and isn’t directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the effective date above. No retroactive surprises.
